SOUNDFOOD organic fava bean flour is 100% North German. It comes from the North Sea coast and is obtained from peeled and cleaned organic Fava beans by fine grinding. The flour can be used to enrich proteins in baked goods and can also be used for gluten-free breading, pasta, falafel, hummus and vegan burgers. Ideal for vegan cuisine!
